We are building the Field Enablement organization, and looking for an Enablement Business Partner to join our team.
As an experienced Enablement Manager EMEA-APAC, reporting to our Global Head of Sales Enablement, Youll take a critical role in steering The Enablement organization present and future, responsible for building and improving our Enablement Center of Excellence for the Sales organization focusing on managing programs and tools for the enablement of Sales. This includes managing strategic learning and development initiatives with our sales learning portals, defining sales learning activities, tooling, certifications, ad-hoc training camps, etc., all, to increase sellers' skills and sales effectiveness.
As a Field Enablement Manager EMEA-APAC you will:
Build relationships with both regional sales leaders as well as sales reps to understand their goals and challenges and develop a plan for how Enablement can help.
Own existing and implementing new Enablement tools, ensuring thorough training, rollout, and ongoing usage.
Enhance the existing process for new Sales onboarding and ongoing education.
Implement programs designed to drive pipeline & collaboration across our Field Sales teams, Support, Product and R&D.
Create training material via facilitating the creation of content and collateral creation designed to serve multiple departments within our.
Track and measure the results of enablement programs and content, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and Product leaders to obtain and scope product materials, case studies, and whitepapers.
Lead special projects related to enablement activities with cross-organization teams.
Identify best practices and distribute learnings globally
Standardize sales training practices, identify the challenges, work with the teams to solve & design the training, document the flows, and share the enablement with the appropriate entities
Define, measure, and report on operational metrics to analyze enablement efficiency in relation to sales performance.
Partner with Product to define roadmap priorities and implementation and monitor the work toward timely readiness.
Define and utilize internal systems and tools to drive enablement operations efficiency for sales internal interfaces and strive to get things done.

Requirements:
10+ years in enablement, sales or sales management, sales productivity or product enablement
Proven Experience in business operations execution in a matrix environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & continuously changing environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in planning, and forecasting with a high level of organizational skills
High-level degree of personal commitment to deliverables – Accountability for SLAs
Strong executive presence, communication, and influence skills
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
Proven track record of producing and hosting educational events, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs.
Ability to conduct analyses and translate results to easily digestible communications including messages and presentations
Independent, Agile with proven execution skills.
Ability to travel to various global locations if required
Experience with Salesforce – Must
Familiarity with Security / DevOps Domain – Significant advantage
Practical analytical skills – Significant advantage
