What is the job: The IT representative will be part of the helpdesk team, handling and answering tickets and other issues raised by Radware employees and outsourcing personnel and performing ongoing IT maintenance tasks while preserving a strong commitment to high-quality customer service and solid work ethic.

The candidate will should be able to have sufficient knowledge to act as both Tier 1 and Tier 2, a role that requires an experienced technologist with a proven track record of hands-on experience in the Networking, system and Security fields.
What will you do?
1)Customer support via email, phone and frontal all subject to SLA and KPIs maintenance of customer service SLAs
2)Work with senior level admins to determine and resolve high level problems
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
Strong communications skills and ability to impart information about technology and IT services to Radware employees.
Advanced troubleshooting skills of familiar and unfamiliar technologies alike
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with ability to set and manage priorities judiciously

Hardware (PC/ LT installation and internal troubleshooting)
Microsoft Products (SCCM, Office 365, Office Tools, SharePoint, One Drive etc.)
User management (Azure, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Exchange online)
NOC (Network Operation Center) monitoring servers, network traffic and services.
Networking (Cisco, TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, DHCP)
Operation Systems (Windows, Mac, Linux )
Work Conditions: 24×7 inbound call environment supporting and troubleshooting systems
