Technical POC for materials, adhesives and assembly process of NPI and legacy systems.
Leading engineering root cause investigation of field and factory returns.
Define technology and material for NPI and process improvements: work with suppliers, define engineering evaluation activities and execute formal verifications.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers in local and global manufacturing sites to define process controls and ongoing trouble shooting.

B.Sc. in Material science and Physics. M.Sc. or higher- an advantage.
8+ years of relevant experience in process engineering and technology development.
Experience in design of experiments and data analysis.
Experience with priming and adhesion processes.
Familiar with metrology technologies and best practices.
Mechanical design experience- an advantage.
Experience with board assembly manufacturing technologies- an advantage.
General Requirements:
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent communication of clear problem statement and steps to solution.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
