What You'll Do
In this role, you will be leading the UI and UX design , owning the design system and UX processes.
You will be working closely with the product and engineering teams to develop and implement new features and improvements to our platform.
You'll conduct user research and user testing to ensure we meet customer needs.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on developing and maintaining design system to ensure consistency and quality across all of our products.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience working on complex interactive design systems
Highly proficient in Figma, hands-on, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
Positive attitude and great social skills
Experience working closely with R&D teams
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing design projects and designers – advantage
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Fluent in written and spoken English
