About The Role:
Support and answer clients queries
Answering incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Providing basic technical support, such as troubleshooting common issues with products or services.
API integration and functionality
System functionality monitoring by examining logs
Training and guidance to clients on functionality and settings
Write articles and guides for clients
Working with other departments, such as sales or finance, to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:
Previous experience in Technical Support
Experience working in fintech, financial services, or related matters.
Excellent communication skills through phone, in-person, and writing in English and Hebrew
Eager to learn and tackle complicated problems.
Ability to analyse problems quickly and find suitable solutions based on available resources.
Familiar with Jira and Zendesk big advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Previous experience in Technical Support
