We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in SAAS or fintech industries. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by developing and executing strategic marketing plans. Your expertise in SAAS or fintech will be instrumental in crafting compelling messaging, positioning our products, and enabling our sales team to effectively communicate value to customers.
Responsibilities:
Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and positioning opportunities. Leverage this knowledge to develop effective product positioning strategies.
Messaging and Content Development: Create persuasive and compelling messaging for our products, tailored to target customer segments. Develop high-quality content such as product collateral, sales enablement materials, website content, case studies, and white papers.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Ensure alignment across teams and deliver successful product launches.
Sales Enablement: Enable the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell our products. Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, and competitive positioning guides. Provide training on product messaging, value proposition, and differentiation.
Customer Insights and Persona Development: Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and preferences. Use these insights to develop buyer personas and inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive product adoption, and support revenue growth. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Product Launches and Events: Coordinate product launches, including planning and executing launch activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring successful product introductions. Represent the company and products at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the SAAS or fintech industry.
Strong understanding of SAAS or fintech products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and content.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches.
Experience in sales enablement and working closely with sales teams.
Proficiency in leveraging marketing tools and platforms for campaign execution and analytics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.
