Were looking for a Product Manager to help us grow our leading product into new frontiers. This role reports to the Head of Product.
As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the planning, development, and execution of our software products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed user expectations. Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of a vision and roadmap for your product areas
Participate in market research to identify user needs and product improvements.
Engage with multiple stakeholders to understand pain points and needs
Analyze performance data to understand product usage and identify areas for enhancement.
Work closely with the software development team, turning needs into requirements, writing tickets, creating mockups
Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks
Ensure the successful execution of the requirements and the creation of real business value.

3 – 6 years of software product management experience
Experience utilizing Agile and/or Scrum software methodologies
Experience working with stakeholders in the US
Experience working with Jira
Experience with contact center solutions – an advantage
Experience in B2B2C – an advantage
Experience in healthcare / case management systems – an advantage
Fluent English – mandatory
The role requires occasional travel to the US.
