RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the product team, you will have an impact on how our features and products are built from the very first steps of the ideation phase, so you will have to be well versed in the business, technology, roadmap, and strategy aspects of our products.
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams on a daily basis to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products that meet users needs, refine and improve the product experience.
Create a product experience that is intuitive, user-friendly, and valuable for our users and meets business, project, and design goals.
Rapidly design a full cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI, including illustration and animation prototypes, behavior, and final preparations for development handoff.
Shape and consistently challenge team tools and processes to maximize efficiency, pleasure, and performance.
Use your skilled storytelling abilities to spread design awareness throughout the company.
Create, maintain and evolve a design system for the companys products and platform.

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in product design and launching products in a rapidly changing environment.
Experience in building design solutions for mobile, web, and/or desktop applications.
Experience in building and using design systems.
Proficient in relevant design tools (Figma, XD, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Etc.).
Experience in shipping products for Accessibility, Internationalization, Form Design, Mobile, Responsive, etc
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills that'll help you present your work and articulate the reasoning behind the solution you have chosen.
Understanding of UX methodologies.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
ADVANTAGE:
Experience in designing B2C products and complex SaaS systems.
Expert in product design aspects of motion, illustration, and/or research.
