In this role youll
Develop and execute the Car insurance strategy
Lead and inspire the car organization, fostering a culture of excellence
Identify and pursue new revenue streams and partnership opportunities
Focus on pushing business-critical key performance indicators (KPIs) forward
Drive hiring, timelines, and planning
Continue to build a data-driven organization, leveraging insights to drive impactful decisions
Foster strong relationships with department heads to drive seamless integration and cross-functional communication
Operate effectively at tactical, strategic, and operational levels
7+ years in senior leadership positions within global customer-facing tech or insurance companies
Proven experience in the car business is a must
Successful track record in building large-scale businesses
Strong background in data analysis, problem-solving, and innovative thinking
Impressive experience with partnerships and business development
Deep understanding of customer-centric software products
Excellent matrix management, influence, and communication skills
Superior organizational abilities, with a knack for planning and execution
