We are looking for a Head of Security Research.

Lead the security research domain in our company
Conduct in-depth research to identify and analyze the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
Analyze traffic and attack information from our hundreds of customers, to identify opportunities to strengthen our security policies.
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, standards and best practices in the cybersecurity landscape and contribute to the development of innovative security solutions.
Perform penetration testing to identify opportunities to improve our security policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security measures.
Issue security updates for ourcustomers and monitor their impact.
Help Support in responding to attacks, understand them and create relevant protections.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience in web application security – mandatory.
Strong understanding of web application security, computer networks, protocols, systems security and cloud security.
Solid knowledge of common attack vectors, security vulnerabilities, threat modeling, advanced threat-hunting methodologies and common hacking tools and techniques
Experience with security assessment tools and techniques, including vulnerability scanners, penetration testing frameworks, and network analysis tools.
Management experience – big advantage.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Experience with translating findings into actionable detection signatures and other security policy recommendations – mandatory.
Experience in analyzing cyberattacks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Java.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to influence without authority
Ability to define and implement new cross-company processes
Relevant certifications (e.g CISSP, CEH, OSCP) – advantage.
