As a tissue culture researcher you will:
Develop and optimize novel tissue culture techniques and protocols to advance our research objectives
Work under sterile conditions to propagate and genetically transform plants using cutting-edge methods
Design and conduct experiments based on research goals, maintaining meticulous records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze results and report findings
Continuously explore ways to enhance our tissue culture processes and drive innovation.

Requirements:
B.Sc. /B.Ag. or M.Sc. degree in Plant Science, Biology, Biotechnology or related field
Proven experience in plant tissue culture research (2+ years preferred)
Exceptional attention to details and accuracy in experimental work
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination
