Your Impact:
Own and Innovate Infrastructure – Take ownership of our shared infrastructure on AWS, implementing cutting-edge technologies such as Serverless architecture – Drive innovation in infrastructure by staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies
End-to-End Development – Lead the entire lifecycle of infrastructure development and improvement initiatives – From conceptualization to execution, ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
Drive Technical Roadmap – Execute our technical roadmap while aligning with organizational initiatives. Play a key role in shaping the future direction of our technology stack
Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing – Serve as a mentor, consultant, and knowledge hub for the team, particularly in infrastructure and security domains – Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements:
6+ years as DevOps Engineer, with a passion for technology, strong motivation and hands-on experience in –
Cloud Infrastructure – Preferably with a focus on AWS
Programming Proficiency – Demonstrated skill in programming, specifically in Bash, Python and JavaScript
CI/CD – Experience in leading CI/CD best practices, preferably with expertise in Jenkins
Infrastructure as Code – Preferably using Terraform
Observability and Monitoring – Proficiency in implementing and managing observability tools and monitoring infrastructures to ensure system performance, reliability, and rapid issue resolution
Database Infrastructure Proficiency – Proven expertise in managing Database Infrastructure, including but not limited to RDS, MongoDB, Neo4j, and ElasticSearch
Kubernetes – Advantage
Architectural Experience – Proven track record in designing and building multi-service production high-scale architectures and complex networks
Team Player – Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment
