We are looking for a junior product / project manager to join our growing product team.
This person will have the opportunity to learn and practice both on product and on managing multiple projects in a digital media company. This role is ideal for a person with talent, passion and experience who wants to get into the product world. In this position, you will work alongside the Product Manager and assist them in the development process, from inception through to release.
Supporting the day-to-day process of managing cross-discipline teams, you will provide support to keep the projects appropriately resourced and the teams moving forward in a positive, informed and focused way.
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and track project progress.
Continually move the project forward. Work with the team and assist with the planning and estimation process across the project to help produce fully scoped plans for upcoming projects.
Be responsible for communicating changes within the project to all relevant parties and ensure the schedule is adapted accordingly.
Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth and efficient implementation.
Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience.
Coordinate efforts between translation vendors to supply translated content for projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously working closely with marketing, product managers, translators, development and QA engineers.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
