We are looking for a top-tier, Backend Software Engineer to join the team. We mostly work with Linux containers and Serverless workloads. The span of tasks is broad and can vary from web application development to kernel module hacking. Potential candidates must have the skills and know-how necessary to master any new technology and become productive in a short time frame. Requirements:
Backend Engineer/ Full-Stack with at least 5 years of experience
Computer science or an equivalent degree or equivalent military experience – a must
Proficiency in Go/C++ – a must
You are performance savvy – Experienced with monitoring, profiling and enhancing system performance
SaaS architecture – Experience with microservices architecture, multi-tenancy, authentication and authorization – advantage
Knowledge of networking protocols – advantage
Proficiency in at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) – advantage
You are proactive and a system thinker who alway strives to push the product forward – Ability to lead POCs and incorporate new technologies
Mentor team members, provide guidance and support in both design and development phases
Good presentation skills – Ability to present complex architectures to all levels (devs to exec and non-technical audience).
