Job Responsibilities:
Manage a strong team of 4-6 fullstack engineers responsible for Front-end & Back-end micro-services.
Lead features from design to production in short iterations using the most advanced engineering practices and processes
Lead the frontend engineering team from tech/architecture/professional aspects and drive the team towards excellency
Work closely with product, architects and other R&D teams to deliver the best solutions to the business.
Design the solutions by understanding the needs, choosing the right technologies and defining the required interfaces.
Monitor the solutions in production to make sure they are stable, scalable and performant at all times.
Reporting to the R&D director of the group

+2 years of proven experience in leading Fullstack engineering teams
+5 years of experience in Client-Side development
+3 years of experience working with React, Redux and Node.js.
Experience working with databases (Relational and NoSQL)
Experience with cloud and virtual environments: Amazon, Docker, K8S a big advantage
Familiarity with the Ad Tech industry a big advantage
Extensive experience in with Unit/Components/API testing, continuous deployment an advantage
Familiarity with at least one of the following technologies: Vue.Js, Nest.Js – an advantage
Fluent verbal and written English skills required
