About The Role:
As a Global C&B Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the companys global compensation and benefits processes (Salary review, Equity, etc.). You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, Finance, and a variety of managers to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Handle ongoing submission of company surveys participation (e.g. Zviran, Radford) and maintain data accuracy of the data.
Conduct ad-hoc market analysis and benchmarking to identify trends and extract valuable insights to inform talent-related decisions and strategies while taking in consideration the company DNA.
Perform data analysis and provide recommendations and conclusion based on gathered data to support business decisions.
Collect, compile, and analyze data on hiring metrics, compensation, benefits, attrition, and other HR-related data to provide the organization HR analytics capabilities. You will also analyze compensation data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and provide insights to management.
Responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards accessible to Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Partners and Managers that will be used to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Oversee the administration of global benefits programs.
Help enforce Compensation & Benefits methodology across the board, making sure the company is compliant with all relevant legislation.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably with experience in HR Analytics.
Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
Experience working with BI / Data Visualization tools (e.g.: Tableau).
Experience with market data analysis tools (e.g.: Radford, Mercer, Zviran, etc.).
Experience working with HR systems (Hibob, Greenhouse or similar).
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data while paying attention to details.
Creative thinker who can work in a team environment, but also independently.
Storytelling and presentation skills.
Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines.
Experience in a global tech work environment is an advantage.
Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
