We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced website marketing manager to join our Growth marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a B2B website from technical, content and UX standpoints and executing on-page SEO optimization. They will own the company website, taking responsibility for its content management, technical upkeep, SEO and CRO optimization, while providing insights into website analytics. In this position, you will have a chance to make a significant impact on the companys lead generation via the companys website.
Responsibilities:
Managing the company website: content upload and updates, QA, working with the development team to fix any bugs and technical issues, etc
Point of contact for all website issues
Managing the partner portal
Assisting in creating website analytics and tags for reports
Working with our development company to constantly improve the performance of the website UX and SEO
In charge of all technical and on-page SEO efforts, tracking rankings in Google Search, working with our SEO agency
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, operations, and content, to understand their objectives and integrate them into the website strategy
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the web development team, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution of website updates
Continuously analyze user journeys and behaviors to identify areas for improvement in the website's user experience
Lead initiatives to optimize conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and improve overall user satisfaction
Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques to validate hypotheses and enhance website performance.

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in managing website CMS managing WordPress sites
2-3 years of experience focused on on-page SEO, web conversion rate optimization to improve lead generation
Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4, knowledge of the different reporting capabilities and how to implement website tags and pixels
Basic Understanding of UX principles and front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JS
Understanding of website development, security, and maintenance practices
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, RankRanger (or similar)
Innate attention to details.
