The position
Mobileye is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join our AV Platform HW Development team in Israel, to design the next generation of autonomous driving systems.
What will your job look like:

Responsible for specifying the hardware for our autonomous driving systems
Lead the HW design process: product specification, electrical schematics, component selection, layout, hands-on testing in a lab environment, accompanying production and qualification processes
Define and perform electrical simulations: Signal integrity (LPDDR4, MIPI, FPD-link, etc), power integrity (DC drop, PDN AC analysis), and electrical simulations
Manage the technical interface with our customers to derive the product hardware requirements
Work in collaboration with all the project disciplines: system architecture, mechanical and thermal, software (networking and algorithms), safety, and reliability
All you need is:

BSc Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a known institute
5+ years of hands-on experience in HW design and manufacturing of electronic products
Proven experience in the full design cycle of a multi-disciplinary product including an introduction to mass production
Hands-on experience in SI/PI/electrical simulations
Deep understanding of system-level considerations
Customer facing experience
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experience in Automotive HW design – a significant advantage
Experience with EMC/Power design – advantage
Experience with computer vision or general sensing platform design – advantage
