The position
Mobileye's IT Lab Administrator provides advanced Linux, scripting, storage, network and Windows computing services support to the company’s Laboratories in Jerusalem.
What will your job look like?
Supporting Mobileye lab owners with software, permissions, and hardware issues
Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in system hardware, software, and networking
Assisting Networking, Storage, Systems and Information security teams with troubleshooting
Creating new tools as needed for better workflows, monitoring, and time-saving on going scripts.
Installing, configuring and maintaining servers, datacenter peripherals, desktops, and laptops
Assist with other duties and special projects, as directed by Manager
Preparing purchase requests for necessary HW & SW
On-site arrival and support on Sunday to Thursday
All you need is:
3 years of hands on experience with Linux
IT general knowledge in Active Directory, group policy, permissions, networking, security, storage systems
Datacenters and hardware experience, including servers, cabling, switches
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Familiar with Ansible, Docker, Zabbix
Proven scripting and automation experience, Python, Bash, Powershell
Assertive, persistent, curious, customer support experience
Good people and communication skills
Proficiency in English
