The opportunity
The Material Handler I is the entry level material handler that will focus on gaining the knowledge and understanding to successfully provide released components to the production areas.
How you’ll spend your day
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Learn to stage materials and pick jobs from production schedule as needed.
Pick, kit and deliver released components to packaging and pharmacy departments to meet production schedule.
Learn and understand the process of completing a cycle count.
Move materials to different departmental locations throughout the facility upon request.
Return unused components to inventory upon completion of production runs.
Under close supervision, monitor communications from QA and planning groups in anticipation of incoming or outgoing shipments and learn the process of preparing outgoing shipments.
Support department and site projects as needed.
Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
Other projects and duties as required/assigned.
