We're looking for a Bookkeeper to manage AP balances, handle invoice processing, conduct bank reconciliations, and oversee closing procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, familiarity with SAP ERP system (desirable), and excellent Excel skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Manage AP balances including processing vendor Invoices and payments
Perform bank reconciliations
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures
Record intercompany transactions
Performing other duties and ad-hoc special projects
Requirements:
Accountant type 2 or 3
1-3 years of experience as bookkeeper
Familiar with custom and import documents and invoice – an advantage
Experience in working with ERP systems – SAP an advantage
Proficient in Excel
Good level of professional English
Working in a computerized environment in English
