The position includes:
Device Configuration and Equipment Management – Ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of devices, including managing equipment supply chains and stock levels.
Knowledge Management – Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases, ensuring easy access to solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
New Version Releases – Partner with the development team to test and implement new software versions, guaranteeing seamless updates for customers.
Customer and Partner Training – Deliver effective training sessions, empowering customers and partners to utilize our solutions effectively.
Analyze customer concerns and service requests to identify trends and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in support operations/technical support/field service engineer- must
Experience in software/hardware development environment.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field.
Experience with Business-to-Government (B2G) is a plus.
Proven track record of exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and process improvement abilities.
Detail-oriented and a quick learner.
Experience with tech support tools like Jira Service Desk and Confluence.
Proficiency in SQL querying and data management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
