We are looking for a promising Marketing Analyst who is brilliant, organized, and passionate to join us and the Match Masters team. You will play a key role in ensuring integrity and completeness of our data to provide for the ability to analyze marketing data and make strategic and data-informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the team to create innovative, data-based approaches to solving difficult business and product problems.
Responsibilities:
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across various domains such as Product, Operations, and mostly Marketing to address unique challenges and opportunities in marketing campaigns and strategies.
Utilize data analysis techniques to delve into User behavior patterns, preferences, and trends. This includes segmenting audiences, analyzing users journeys, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall user experience and profitability.
Predictive Modeling for Marketing Insights: Develop predictive models to forecast marketing outcomes and guide decision-making. This could involve building models to predict customer lifetime value, churn probability, or response rates to different marketing campaigns.
Automation of Marketing Analytics Processes: Implement automated solutions for data collection, analysis, and reporting to streamline marketing analytics workflows. This ensures timely and actionable insights are available to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:
BS degree – Industrial Engineering, Economics or equivalent
High level SQL capabilities
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Being able to work independently as well as being a team player
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of advertising or marketing industry
Coding experience with Python or similar
A strong passion for mobile gaming.
