In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design, to understand the market and develop compelling messaging and positioning.
Key responsibilities
Translate managements vision into great products.
Conduct customer segmentation, define and understand the target customers persona, and collect and analyze customers' needs.
Work with management and marketing on Go-to-market strategy including pricing, packaging, launch, growth etc.
Assist in the development and optimization of customer communications, funnels, onboarding materials and tutorials.
Optimize the customer experience and key KPIs through onboarding, retention and upselling.
Be the subject matter expert for customers needs, market and competitive landscape.
Define customer user cases and work with marketing, creative and product team to address them
Build business cases and present to management
4+ years of experience in product marketing
Native/ Excellent English – written and verbal (all content writing, interviews, communications and meetings are only in English)
Solid experience in SaaS, web and mobile products. Experience with open platforms and marketplaces
Experience in B2B products MUST.
