Lead hands-on the development of current and next ceramic formulation, meet quality and cost reduction targets and improve performance
Lead the industrialization of the solution and take the product to market.

Requirements:
Msc/Ph.D in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science
At least 10 years of R D experience of industrial development mainly in formulation
At least 5 years of researchers/teams management including PhD level researchers
Highly motivated and result oriented
Very good communication skills orally and in writing
