We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Analyst to join its exceptional Data Team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the customer's experience and funnel in one of the most exciting D2C startups. Your primary focus will be to analyze and optimize the flow on the website, continuously hypothesize, initiate and test changes to increase conversion rates. The role requires a solid background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodology, A/B Testing and Analysis.

* Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to generate hypotheses and recommendations for enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.

* Implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methods to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes.

* 4+ years of working experience as a Product Analyst
* Expert in Google Analytics or similar
* Proficient in SQL in a Big Data environment
* Bachelor degree in a STEM field – Engineering, Core Science, Statistics or similar
* Proficiency with data visualization tools
* Strong understanding of the statistical significance, models, and tools, as well as the analysis and research methodology and testing.
* Outstanding attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking
* Experience in B2C, retail, e-commerce or AdTech – a plus
