An amazing start up, developing high end technology is looking for a senior researcher to Lead the measurement development of a quantum photonic device at the forefront of technology.
In this position you will:
Be In charge of advanced optical confocal microscopy setup measurements with multiple lasers, sensors and components orchestration.
Design, simulate, and measure quantum-optic, Si photonics components and fully assembles systems.
Use simulation tools to meet performance requirements and optimize system design. parameters.
Close cooperation with leading industrial foundries academic research groups.

Requirements:
Ph.D. / Msc. in Electrical Eng./ Electro-optics / Material Eng./Physics. (Postdoc an advantage)
Must have extensive experience in quantum optics; quantum information, solid-state spin physics and nano-structuring or semiconductor nanophotonics.
>3 years of practical experience in research and development of electro-optic systems, building optical experiments and implementing computer-based experimental control.
>3 years of HO experience in the development of photonic devices: design, simulations, fabrication, assembly, integration, testing and debug
Coding: MATLAB (must), Python (adv.)
Photonic Simulation SW Experience: Rsoft / Comsol – advantage
Background in control systems an advantage
Ability to work independently and in a team.
