Mobileye's Advanced development Technical Team is looking for
Technical Support Engineer
. Our team works on new products and technologies to deliver the best technical solution for evaluation of Mobileye's products and cutting-edge technologies.
We're looking for a strong, hands-on technical support engineer who is passionately motivated by challenges and excels in troubleshooting complex problems, all with customer facing "can do" approach.

What will your job look like?
90% of your job is going to be in English.
Work with a wide variety of products with different operating systems and disciplines.
Front-facing technical customer support (B2B) around the globe with different time-zones.
Often visit customers on-site providing support and installations.
Reproduce issues raised by customers and to push for fixes by collaborating with various teams in Mobileye, testing and updating customer products.
Knowledge base documents preparation and maintenance.
Plan future SW deliveries based on customer (Internal and External) requests/needs.
All you need is:
Full command on English (Written and Verbal).
B.Sc. in Engineering or a similar quantitative field, with Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
Proven B2B customer support experience.
Willingness to fly abroad frequently (about once a month on peak)
Valid Israeli driver's License.
Experience with version release methods and development processes – an advantage
Experience working in Linux environment – an advantage
Experience with Python – an advantage
