Strategic Supply Chain Management: Optimize inventory, production, and capacity to guarantee on-time, in-full market fulfillment.
Customer Focus: Act as the central point of contact for market inquiries, aligning service, demand, inventory, and safety stock.
Demand-Driven Planning: Monitor trends and proactively adjust production factors to match evolving customer needs.
Quality & Efficiency Champion: Prioritize testing schedules, manage releases, and optimize planning parameters for cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Build and develop a motivated team to achieve and exceed business objectives.
Compliance & Training: Ensure all operations meet cGMP, SOP, and health & safety standards. Train and qualify your team for peak performance.
Continuous Improvement: Drive proactive change management and implement ongoing process enhancements.
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor`s degree;
4+ years of professional experience in Planning from a manufacturing/ operational company
Leader experience and people management skills;
Change management skills;
Customer orientation;
Highly team orientated;
Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines;
Advanced working knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP ERP;
SharePoint knowledge is a plus;
Participation and leadership in cross functional projects;
Capable of presenting information to all levels of management with supporting analysis under tight deadlines;
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
