A world-leading Gaming companyis looking for Director of Business Analytics &. BI
Responsibilities:
· Leading, forming and managing the Business Analysis and BI teams
· Working closely with large scale B2B global customers, developing the business analysis strategy and roadmap, leading implementation and Providing ongoing consulting on business models and analysis in a wide variety of fields (marketing, sales, CRM, game analysis, traffic, etc.)
· Designing appropriate analytical approaches, tools and methodology
Leading analysis on complex BI initiatives from idea to implementation
Maintain and improve the existing business intelligence and analytics tools across the department and across the business
Lead the research and analysis of strategy and competitive information- Data trends, innovations, Analytics’ tool and processes
Working closely with multiple cross departments: Games studio, Marketing, Product, Finance Projects, Sales

6+ years of experience in business Analytics and Business intelligence
Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Economics/ Statistics/ Computer science/ Information Systems, or any other related field
Proven Experience leading and managing a department team of Business analytics/ BI/ Data scientist .
Experience in leading a department to grow the business and achieve its key strategic business goals .
Experience working with large global enterprise customers
Excellent English level
Initiative, creative, curious, business oriented, leader, independent, great communication and interpersonal skills, ability to learn quickly
