we are looking for a Forward-Deployed Engineer.
Forward-Deployed Engineers sit alongside our customers – configuring the platform to their workflows, building the bespoke tooling that gets them to value quickly, and bringing real-world feedback back to product and R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
Embed with customers during onboarding and through go-live: workflows, integrations, evaluation
Configure agents and integrations to fit each customer's actual process
Build internal tooling that lets customer success scale
Bring customer truths back to product and R&D – what works, what doesn't, what's missing
Visit jobsites and customer offices regularly

Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into technical implementation
Comfort in front of senior buyers and on active job sites
A real interest in customers – not just a polite tolerance

Experience shaping a customer-facing engineering practice from scratch
