Required Program Manager, Trustworthy Personalization

Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex, cross-functional projects within the Trustworthy Personalization (TP13n) organization, specifically driving the Universal Profile (UniPro) roadmap.
Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact, focusing on foundational identity boundaries and personalization models.
Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, prioritization, and technical dependencies across Engineering, Product, Data Science (DS) and User Experience Researcher (UXR).
Build alliances with cross-organization (GIE) stakeholders to untangle ambiguous architectural requirements and establish clear milestones, delivery phases, and launch criteria for AI surfaces.
Implement communication standards across the portfolio, identifying and mitigating critical path risks (privacy, compliance, resourcing) proactively to executive leadership.

Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience leading cross-functional programs and teams.
5 years of experience in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across various functions, particularly in environments with indirect authority.
Experience launching consumer-facing features through both frontend and backend platform development.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience driving large, complex technical programs spanning multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams across different pillars.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience leading cross-functional programs and teams.
5 years of experience in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across various functions, particularly in environments with indirect authority.
Experience launching consumer-facing features through both frontend and backend platform development.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience driving large, complex technical programs spanning multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams across different pillars.
