What Will You Do
Courier Experience (Courier App): You will design and scale the end-to-end courier experience, from onboarding and activation to order acceptance, delivery flow, cash handling, and performance visibility, driving higher productivity, retention, and on-time delivery.
Dispatch & Internal Operational Tools: You will build real-time operational systems for monitoring, interventions, and performance, optimizing current processes with structured, automated, and data-driven execution at scale.
Cash Operations Infrastructure: In a cash-heavy market, you will build scalable cash operations systems, enabling accurate courier collection and reconciliation, minimizing discrepancies, and standardizing processes across cities to strengthen financial control and protect margins.
Order Lifecycle & Optimization: You will own assignment logic, zoning configuration, delivery time estimation, and continuously experiment to help the ops team reduce cost per order and improve marketplace efficiency and balance at scale.
5+ years of Product Management experience.
3+ years building operational or internal systems.
Possesses excellent communication skills and is well organized.
Proven ability to prioritize effectively and gain stakeholder buy-in.
A technical background allows you to effectively communicate with developers.
Highly analytical and data-driven.
Strong cross-functional leader.
Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
