Now we're looking for someone to take ownership of our infrastructure layer and elevate it to the next level.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder role.
You Will

Design and implement scalable CI/CD flows
Design and operate a fleet of independent per-client deployments – version tracking, controlled rollouts, drift detection across environments
Standardize and restructure environment & configuration management
Introduce and enforce IaC
Increase deployment reliability and rollback safety
Build the tooling and processes that let us answer, at any moment: what is running on each client, and is it healthy?
Enable developers to ship faster and safer
Help define long-term infrastructure standards
