* Mandatory experience selling to Semiconductor, Infrastructure, and Industrial customers.
* Strong experience leading international teams and senior managers.
* Strategic leadership with a proven track record of delivering business growth.
* B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another Engineering discipline.
* Technical background – an advantage.
* Fluent English.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
