As a Senior Engineering Manager – Windows Endpoint, you will be tasked with taking end-to-end ownership of product capabilities and strategic initiatives from ideation to production, within the Windows Endpoint Ecosystem (our flagship productline, recognized 6x in-a-row Gartner MQ Leader). You should be an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in building and developing high-performing managers and teams, managing operational risks, and driving architectural excellence while fostering a world-class engineering culture.

Proven experience as a Group Lead or Senior Engineering Manager in the areas of C++ and OS internals (security, storage, etc.).
Deep knowledge of performance management, with proven success in coaching team leads and building a succession pipeline.
Ability to drive complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from concept to production.
Strong system design and architecture skills.
Proven experience with team building and advanced software methodologies.
Expertise in managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Data-driven decision-making and prioritizing approaches.
Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication skills.
A plus would be: previous experience with security-oriented development and/or Windows Kernel development
