What am I going to do?:

* Lead and own the end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and secure departures for departing team members.
* Proactively manage and execute routine systems maintenance for IT infrastructure and office hardware, aiming to prevent downtime before it impacts operations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT requests, independently resolving common issues and expertly escalating complex problems to senior technical resources.
* Deeply embed yourself within the Cloud Engineering team's daily routines and meetings to anticipate needs and provide timely, relevant IT support.
* Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to streamline IT processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
* Continuously identify opportunities to optimize proactive system upkeep and user lifecycle management.
