Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on IT experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech company
environment
Strong experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints, including MDM
solutions
Proven experience administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 at the
organization level
Strong security mindset – endpoint hardening, access controls, audit readiness
A self-starter who can work independently, prioritize competing demands, and build
processes from scratch
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Bonus
Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at a basic level Background in IT compliance or security frameworks ( SOC 2, ISO 27001)
