Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage Silicon Photonics development projects from planning through execution. · Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and action-item tracking. · Work closely with engineering teams including process, design, testing, packaging, and manufacturing to support project execution. · Monitor project progress and help resolve issues that may impact schedules or deliverables. · Organize and lead project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items. · Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and management. · Ensure alignment and effective communication between internal teams and external partners when required. · Drive execution and accountability across cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority. · Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. · Help establish project plans and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.
Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. · 5–10 years of experience in an engineering, operations, or project management role within the semiconductor, photonics, or related technology industry. · Experience coordinating or managing technical projects in a multidisciplinary engineering environment. · Background in silicon process technologies, semiconductor manufacturing, fabrication, or related areas. · Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Ability to develop clear work plans, track progress and drive execution to meet project objectives. · Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority. · Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.
