We're looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design and mobile; the list goes on and is growing every day. As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to our needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.
Filestore provides a fully managed NFS service for Enterprise Cloud users who need file storage to replace their on-premise hardware when they move to the Cloud.
Responsibilities
Build scalable, reliable, and high-quality features that enrich Filestore's offering to customers.
Design, implement, test, integrate, coordinate, lead, communicate, and launch key deliverables.
Conduct design reviews and code reviews, and collaborate with colleagues inside and outside the team to help make things happen together.
Help Filestore achieve compliance with various regulated requirements. And foster and nourish best practices for engineering excellence.
Initiate and identify areas for product improvement and work with stakeholders to get them staffed.
