Responsibilities:
Managing infrastructure maintenance and leading technical teams.
Building and executing maintenance plans and safety procedures.
Overseeing upgrades, heavy maintenance, and technical modifications.
Working with subcontractors, procurement, inventory, and budgets.
Participating in management meetings and monitoring KPIs.
Requirements:

Technical and managerial experience in railways, transportation infrastructure, or similar complex systems.
Strong leadership and training capabilities.
High-level English.
Based in Tel Aviv.
