You'll be reporting into our VP of Partnerships & Alliances
You'll be the person who builds and owns our Microsoft relationship, recruits and activates global and regional GSIs, and develops new strategic partnerships through technical integrations and "better together" plays that create real value for customers and partners alike.
This is not just a relationship-maintenance role. It's a builder role – for someone who knows how to open doors, structure complex deals, and turn strategic partnerships into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and develop our strategic relationship with Microsoft – including co-sell motions, Azure Marketplace presence, and joint go-to-market initiatives, and executive sponsorship.
Identify, recruit and onboard Global System Integrators (GSIs) as our strategic partners.
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through technical integrations and ecosystem plays.
Develop and execute "better together" plays with strategic partners that drive pipeline, revenue and customer value.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to bring partnerships to life end-to-end.
Define partnership frameworks, commercial structures and success metrics for each strategic relationship.
Represent us at industry events, partner summits and executive meetings.
5+ years of experience in alliances, strategic partnerships or business development in Enterprise SaaS – a must.
Hands-on experience building and managing a Microsoft partnership (co-sell, Azure Marketplace, MPN/CSP ecosystem) – a must.
Experience working with GSIs (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Wipro, Infosys or similar) – a strong advantage.
A track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership deals.
Strong commercial acumen – you understand how partnerships translate to pipeline and revenue.
Excellent executive presence and communication skills in English.
