What You'll Be Doing
Lead or support the optimization of internal workflows, aligning and automating processes across the Product and R&D organizations- leveraging people or AI.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, implement, and track key product success metrics and data-driven insights.
Drive efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and inefficiencies across the product lifecycle – and fixing them by establishing best practices for cross-team collaboration.
Spearhead the integration and adoption of advanced AI tools, ensuring the product team is equipped with the best infrastructure to succeed.
Help us continuously improve by fostering a culture of agility, data transparency, and collaborative effort across the entire organization.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in Product operations or closely related operational roles within SaaS B2B companies.
Proven experience in successfully implementing and scaling AI tools and AI-driven practices within Product or R&D organizations.
Great interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across teams.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex operational frameworks clearly.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environments, managing multiple moving parts independently.
Proactive, structured, and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for building seamless internal processes.
Bonus Points For
Experience with specific product management and analytics platforms (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Mixpanel).
Familiarity with scaling operations during rapid growth phases in B2B tech.
Passion for AI innovation, cutting-edge product methodologies, and working with cross-functional teams.
