We are searching for a Principal Engineer Software who combines creative problem-solving with relentless execution. In this role, you will be pivotal in scaling our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform to meet the demands of large enterprises. You will drive core engineering activities for the on-prem connector system and push the boundaries of what our system can deliver.
Your Impact
Scale the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform to meet the demands of large enterprises.
Drive core engineering activities for the on-premise connector system.
Own the entire agile development lifecycle, from initial architecture and automation to production care and customer feedback.
Build enterprise-scale applications in hybrid cloud/SaaS (AWS preferred) and on-premise environments.
Leverage modern AI tools to lead, design, and accelerate end-to-end feature delivery.
Champion clean architecture, scalable design, rigorous testing, and optimal performance.

Requirements:
Your Experience
10+ years of software engineering experience using Python, Go, Node.js, Ruby, Java, or C#.
Strong, hands-on proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
2-3+ years of experience building enterprise-scale applications in cloud/SaaS ecosystems (AWS preferred).
2+ years of experience managing on-premise environments.
Proven capability to leverage modern AI tools to lead, design, and accelerate end-to-end feature delivery.
A solid and practical understanding of software security and networking fundamentals.
Your Experience
