* Provide Technical Support for Microsoft Office applications, commercial off-the-shelf software, and monitoring/control systems.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and computing equipment issues.
* Deliver exceptional, professional, and patient service to users.
* Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

* At least 3 years of experience working in a Technical Support center / helpdesk – Must
* High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, standard software, computing equipment, and control/monitoring systems – Must
* Strong learning capabilities and the ability to master new technologies quickly – Must
* A strong customer-service orientation and great communication skills – Must
* Outstanding service consciousness
