Electrical and Electronics Engineer- preference for RF/ Communications specialization.
Experience in RF/Antennas/ Communications/ cellular- an advantage. Willingness for intensive work, non-standard hours, and working under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
High service awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Broad vision, responsibility, curiosity, creative thinking, initiative, and resourcefulness.
Command experience and field unit service in the IDF- an advantage.
Experience in managing fast TTM (Time-to-market) projects- an advantage.
