Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and optimizing project budgets. system Complexity: A deep understanding of complex software ecosystems and the nuances of high-scale digital products. Methodology: Expert-level knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks. Communication: Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value. Advantages Architectural Lens: Strong foundational knowledge in Software Architecture. Technical Roots: hands-on experience as a Software Developer Domain Expertise: Specialized experience in delivering native Mobile ( IOS / Android) and Web-based systems.
