We are seeking an experienced Verification Testing Tech Lead to lead V V activities in complex, multidisciplinary medical R D projects.
Responsibilities
Lead design verification and testing strategy across the R D lifecycle
Define and execute verification plans, TEST methods, and tools
Own TEST coverage, traceability, and defect management
Act as the main interface with system Engineering and integration testing
Mentor team members and support high-quality execution across projects

BSc in Engineering / Science (MSc – advantage)
5+ years in V V / system Engineering
2+ years in a similar lead role
Experience with medical device standards
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Fluent English
