Required Senior Product Manager
Position Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager in the Kompass group, you will own critical product domains end-to-end and play a key role in defining Kompasss strategy, roadmap, and execution. This is a highly impactful role, combining deep customer understanding, technical fluency, strong execution, and cross-functional leadership.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure Kompass delivers clear, differentiated value to our ICP and supports our business goals.
This role is ideal for a product leader who is comfortable operating in complexity, making tradeoffs, and driving outcomes.
Your ownership will include:
End-to-end ownership of major Kompass product areas, from problem discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration
Product strategy and roadmap definition for your domains, grounded in customer pain points, data, and market dynamics
Customer-centric discovery: engage directly with customers, design partners, and prospects to validate problems, solutions, and priorities
Cross-functional leadership: work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive alignment and execution
Data-informed decision making: define success metrics, monitor performance, and continuously improve based on qualitative and quantitative insights
Go-to-market readiness: ensure clear positioning, messaging, and enablement for new capabilities in partnership with GTM teams
Raising the bar: contribute to product best practices, mentorship, and overall product maturity within the team.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Product Management in technically complex products
High level of technical curiosity and fluency (experience with cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps/FinOps – a strong advantage)
Proven ability to own and drive products end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Strong customer discovery and validation skills, with a track record of building products grounded in real user needs
Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a clear bias toward impact and outcomes
Exceptional communication skills in Hebrew and English
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Product Management in technically complex products
