This position will enable organizational excellence by designing and delivering leadership development programs and OD initiatives that support strategic business priorities. Drives capability building, supports change efforts, and ensures high-quality execution of people processes.
You will:
Design and deliver leadership development programs, including foundational offerings and tailored solutions for organizational needs.
Plan and support OD initiatives such as change management, capability building, and upskilling across teams and functions.
Manage core people processes, including system setup, data tracking, workflow coordination, training and monitoring.
Requirements:
10+ Expertise in Organizational Development and leadership development – Must
Proven project and process management skills and strong technological skills.
Ability to work across functions and align multiple contributors around shared goals.
Experience working as internal consultant with business stakeholders.
Strategic and system-oriented thinking.
Great communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience in instructional design is a strong advantage.
High English proficiency.
